Day 59

Nearly two weeks of using the new Baby Bjorn Potty for infants I have only on improvement that could be made. Well, maybe two. First you have to rinse it out yourself, yes silly I know. BUT when you have it full of waste (to put it nicely) you don't want to dump it and rinse it and dump it again. Although is sure beats changing a poopy diaper! The other improvement would be to have grippers on the bottom. We currently have Annie's potty on the counter of the bathroom to save our backs and legs while assisting her to sit on the potty and it slips all over. If Annie moves in the slightest it moves right along with her. Once she's old enough to sit herself we'll move it to the floor for safety reasons. I think on our flooring we'll have the same issue. Perhaps that's a project to work on in the months to come (the potty... not the flooring). Many times today while I thought she was signaling to use the bathroom Annie was just tired and sat on the potty trying to make it move. Thank God for humor on tired Fridays... it made me smile and laugh out loud at how much of a stinker she can be.
This weekend is bound to get better... diaper free time with Daddy home!!! STAY TUNED... I'm planning on posting pictures of our old potty and our new one this weekend!

Today I learned: Even the 'perfect' potty could use some improvements!
Diapers saved today =5
Money saved today = $1.00
Money saved to date = $75.80
